Tsurugisan 'super rindo' - at double speed.
Tsurugi san (Mt Tsurugi) is the second highest mountain on the island of Shikoku. Tsurugi san is the home to the longest off road mountain trail in Japan, known as 'Tsurugi Super Rindo'. The day starts with a leisurely hour's ferry ride across from Wakayama to Tokushima.
